Welcome to Kindlo ("Kindlo," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website kindlo.io and the Kindlo mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service or sign up for our waitlist.

• Waitlist information. When you sign up for our waitlist we collect your email address.
• Usage data. We automatically collect information your browser sends when you visit our site, including IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of your visit, and referring URLs.
• Communications. If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we retain those communications in order to respond to you.

We do not currently collect payment information, precise location data, or any sensitive personal data such as health or financial information.

Kit acts as our data processor and is bound by appropriate data-processing agreements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Our website may use strictly necessary cookies to ensure the site functions correctly. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent.

We retain your email address on our waitlist until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until twelve (12) months after Kindlo's public launch — whichever comes first. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and analytical purposes.
